The in-office exam typically takes about 30 minutes. You'll receive your sealed I-693 form once all lab results are returned, usually within 5–7 business days.
USCIS requires certain vaccinations including MMR, Tdap, varicella, influenza, and COVID-19 depending on your age. We'll review your records and let you know exactly what you need. Required vaccinations are administered on-site during your visit.
The I-693 form is valid for 2 years from the date the civil surgeon signs it. We recommend completing your exam as close to your USCIS filing date as possible to maximize validity.
The I-693 exam is a flat-fee service at $599. While most insurance plans do not cover immigration medical exams, we accept cash, credit cards, and all major payment methods.
