What to Expect During the Appointment

There is no reason to be nervous about this exam — it is a public-health screening, not a test you can fail on the basis of a treatable condition. After reviewing your identification and vaccination history, Dr. Weiss carries out the physical assessment USCIS specifies, covering general health, vision and hearing, heart and lungs, abdomen, skin and neurological function.
